Splash Guard Strip Brushes
There are numerous types of solutions used in the daily operation of a typical primary metal processing and finishing line. Many of the lines utilize a solution that needs to be controlled. Often, solutions contain oils, caustics or acids that need to be contained in order to insure integrity and efficiency of the line, as well as personnel safety.
The Maryland Brush Company is your resource for specialized strip brushes and mounting hardware for the containment of fluids. There is a wide range of strip sizes and configurations, filament choices, backing channel materials and shapes, as well as mounting hardware available to solve your solution containment challenges.
As an option, the metal backing of a strip brush can be replaced with Ultra-High Molecular Weight (UHMW) polyethylene material when dealing with extremely high acid content solutions that need to be contained.
