Maryland Brush Company has vast knowledge and experience in providing our wide face customers with the brushes, related products and services necessary for the most cost efficient maintenance and highest quality operation possible. Our internal technical and customer support teams work closely with our external sales managers and reps to ensure that customer expectations are understood and met or exceeded. This Engineered Solutions Team can assist as you consider new applications or look to improve existing surface finish quality and end-of-service costs.

Training, Surveys and Education

The Maryland Brush Company provides various training programs and our unique “Surface Finish Quality Assurance” (SFQA) program to our customers. The SFQA program is designed to guide and assist our customers in all engineering aspects related to cleaning, conditioning and finishing of all metallurgies. The program details all aspects of equipment, metallurgy and solutions systems related to cleaning, conditioning and finishing.

The Maryland Brush Company also offers regularly scheduled “line audits” to our customers. The line audits assist to recognize and document weaknesses in cleaning systems so that they can be corrected to create the efficiency and quality of cleaning, conditioning and finishing that end users need and expect of their metals suppliers.
